Refund policy

Reemplazo de Producto.

Si usted compro su producto a través de nuestra tienda online y el mismo le llega defectuoso o roto, que impida su correcto uso en algunas de sus piezas, su producto cualifica para ser reemplazado dentro de los 14 días posterior a la recepción  de su pedido.

Devolución de dinero. Ofrecemos reembolso a aquellas ordenes las cuales: 

-Recibe el producto incorrecto

-Si el cliente no está satisfecho dentro de los 14 días luego de haber recibido su orden, la compañía le enviará una etiqueta de envío. Una vez su producto sea recibido a nuestro almacén,  se le hace un reembolso completo.
Stress Nuts LLC no se hace responsable de reembolsar dinero a clientes que pusieron direcciones postales incompletas y/o incorrectas.

Product Replacement.

If you bought your product through our online store and it arrives defective or broken, which prevents its correct use in some of its parts, your product qualifies to be replaced within 14 days after receiving your order.

Refund of the purchase price. We offer refunds to those orders which:

-Receive the wrong product

-If the customer is not fully satisfied within 14 days after receiving their order, the company will send them a shipping label for the product to be returned. Once your product is received at our warehouse, a full refund is made.
Stress Nuts LLC is not responsible for refunding money to customers who have provided incomplete and/or incorrect mailing addresses.
